STRAPS

MOBIUS STRAP

I recently purchased the Mobius Strap from USA.
I was hoping to list the product for sale in the shop but the maker, Tim Mullens, was understandably concerned at affecting his online income from the product.
Due to postage and the US / AUD exchange rate it ended up being quite expensive to buy, but the strap certainly fulfills its promise especially for those that do not have strap holders screwed into their ukulele.
In all, I found the product satisfying but had minor concerns about aesthetic look (the band is quite wide and distracting across the front of the ukulele, it also tends to cover the sound hole so perhaps a slight design modification could be made to avoid this.) Tim explains on the product website this has been tested and found to have no effect on the sound output.
Rather than do a complete review I found an independent youtube video that does the same thing.

SCORE : 8.5/10
